What time should I arrive at Gateway Airport Parking?

It is recommended by the airline companies to check-in at the airport at least one hour prior for Domestic and 2 hours prior for International flights. Gateway recommends you allow an additional 25 minutes for airport parking check-ins and drop off to Brisbane Airport or Brisbane Cruise Terminals.

How do I make a booking?

All bookings for airport parking or port parking in Brisbane can be made through the website, on the Book Now page. An online airport parking booking will save you time when checking-in.

How often do the courtesy shuttle buses run?

Our fast free courtesy shuttles operate on demand and are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Our courtesy shuttles are air conditioned for your comfort and will transfer you and your luggage directly to your departure terminal and then collect you promptly on your return.  For both domestic and international departures we recommend that you arrive at our branch at least 45 minutes before the time you wish to be at Airport.

What happens when I return from my trip?

When you arrive back and have collected your luggage, simply call to arrange a shuttle bus and our professionally trained shuttle bus drivers will transfer you straight back to your car, which will be ready and waiting for you to drive away.

Are you valet parking? Can I just drop my car at reception?

Yes, it is that simple. There are dedicated parking bays just next to reception, simple drop your car off, check-in and a shuttle will be ready to take you to your terminal. How’s that for convenience!

Do I need to leave my keys?

Yes, you will need to leave you keys and any immobilizers for your vehicle. Our trained parking officers will safely park away your vehicle in one of our secure storage areas, which has no public access.  Your vehicle will be brought out to our ready section just prior to your return, so it will be ready and waiting for you to drive away.

Do you offer RACQ discounts?

Yes, if you are a RACQ Member you will need to book your parking through the RACQ website to receive your discount.
